The "Young Writers" magazine is a literary and artistic journal sponsored by the Heilongjiang Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Propaganda Department of the Qiqihar Municipal Party Committee and is publicly distributed at home and abroad. In order to expand the distribution and contact some key authors, the Lunan Literary Society of the Youth Writers Council was jointly established with the editorial department of "Lunan Writers". After the number of members reaches a certain level, a branch will be established. First, to join the Lunan Literary Society of the Youth Writers Council, you need to subscribe to 12 issues of the "Young Writers" magazine throughout the year. The total fee is 300 yuan, which will be collected and registered by the Lunan Literary Society. After receiving the name, contact information and amount of the booked author, the magazine will mail the 12 issues of the magazine to the author on schedule, list him as a director (key author), become the vice president and director of the Lunan Literary Society of the Youth Writers Council, and organize and participate in various activities.
Second, subscribe to the "Young Writers" magazine to become a director and actively create, actively participate in the activities of the Lunan Literary Society of the Young Writers Council, and the Lunan Literary Society of the Young Writers Council will give priority to recommending members' works for publication in the magazine, and the Lunan Literary Society of the Young Writers Council will give priority to awards.
